The Patrol Division at the Gulf County Sheriff's Office is lead
by Major Bobby Plair. The division consist of two Lieutenants, two
sergeants and nine Deputies.
Deputies are responsible for answering a wide variety of calls
from traffic crashes to crimes against property or persons. They are
responsible for making preliminary investigations of assaults, battery, domestic
violence, thefts and burglaries, not including other violations of Florida
Statutes. Deputies also handle a variety of miscellaneous calls, serve
arrest warrants and civil papers. Deputies of the Gulf County Sheriff Office are
here to protect and serve the citizens and visitors of Gulf
County.
